All of our classes are age specific group class and are taught to the mentality of the student group, but some people prefer to learn in a one-on-one setting. Here are some of the benefits you can expect when learning in a private setting:

Learn at Your Own Pace

Group classes are set to a calendar to be prepared by a certain date. In a private setting you cant train at your own pace be it faster or slower. Retention and development will vastly increase when the class is set to your personal preferences.

Learn Advanced Techniques

Our group class programs are all built around tightly structured curriculum. In private classes, the instructor has the flexibility to operate outside the established structure and specific techniques of the group class programs to create a personalized curriculum based on your unique strengths and weaknesses to help you reach your training objectives in the least amount of time possible.

Learn in the Proper Order

The order in which you learn techniques greatly affects how well you absorb and retain the material. In private training sessions, the instructor will guide you through the art in a linear fashion, so that every new technique is explained in the context of all the previously learned techniques.

Controlled Situations

You never know who you're going to be partnered with in group classes. In private classes, not only do you know exactly who you will be training with, you can rest assure that the instructor will always provide the perfect partner application to maximize your growth on the mat.

Best of all, when it comes to personal training, if you can't come to us, we can come to you.
